Kajal Banerjee | Lady Boss Awards
My name is Mrs. Kajal Banerjee;punjabi brahmin by birth married to Bengali Mr. Sudipto Banerjee. I have 2 kids; daughter 8 yrs and 1 son 7 yrs.
I was working as a senior executive and an Induction Trainer in United Health Group till Jan 2013. I had to quit because there was no one to take care of my kids as they started going to school by then. Before that my parents and in laws were managing somehow.
My husband was in a job with a Technical support company with rotating shifts. It was very difficult for us to handle 2 kids and finances with 1 job.
We decided to start our own Tech support office. It was then we started A-Tech support, our own company. It was a calling process for software related resolution to US residents.
Somehow we managed to get a gold loan. Little help in terms of legal formalities from my husband’s brother-in-law who lives in US.
We started this in 1 room with 5 candidates. We grew up in 5 years to a 3 centre company, Kolkatta, Delhi and Kashmir.
Just like everyone we also had our share of bad times. But I never gave up and kept doing something or the other. I did selling of handmade jewellery which was made by our NGO ladies. I also catered stalls for sale in which my share was only 10%.
My mom and her friend had started a NGO named Aashiana the shelter trust.
So now after all these years I started Avishkamtrue; its on my daughter’s name Avishka.
This is really my dream come true that now I have my own business and I am helping the needy by creating funding for the NGO.
This is something I always think and it means so much for me. Keeps me positive.
Your life is what you make it. I believe that you can make your world better for yourself. I believe that you have the power to control the quality of your own life. Have you ever thought that the world was out to get you? Self determination is only answer. I think blame attracts negativity, and as soon as you realize that it’s your life and your thoughts that you control, you can change yourself into a positive person. I believe that positive thoughts are the key to a positive existence. A person full of negativity cannot be truly happy.Life has hardships. I believe that everyone has the right to be sad; it is easy to let small things get you down things that are insignificant parts of life, that don’t really mean much, but are still hurtful, although these things are not extremely important, they are impossible to avoid; sad thoughts are a part of life. You see, if there was nothing wrong, then there would be nothing right. Only those who can move past it and learn not to dwell on the bad things are those who are willing to make themselves happy. I believe that some people face hardships so intense that it can be nearly impossible to overcome; however, somehow people manage it. It takes a certain maturity and a will to consider someone else’s life to overcome your own extreme hardship. I think only a truly genuine soul can look past something terrible in his or her own life to see someone else’s pain. One gets sheer satisfaction by giving happiness to others. One smile will make your day. I am blessed and happy. God bless all.😊😊
