Women Entrepreneurship Day is a day to celebrate the exemplary work done by female founders in different verticals. It’s a day to celebrate the success, achievements and inspiring work which the women are doing in their fields. Here are the 5 innovative women entrepreneurs who are driving the Startup Ecosystem with their commendable ventures.

1. Shreya Prakash – Co-Founder & CEO of FlexiBees

Shreya Prakash is the Co-Founder & CEO of FlexiBees; she leads Sales and Marketing, helping companies unlock the massive potential that a flexible workforce can bring. She regularly speaks about the benefits of flexibility for businesses, building systems for the new-age family, and about mothers being the most under-rated and over-performing talent segment. She has authored numerous articles and case studies that help strengthen the flexible working ecosystem.

Apart from having nearly a decade of experience at an MNC in Sales and Marketing before FlexiBees, Shreya lives work-life integration every day. As co-founder of a growing start-up and parent to a rambunctious 5 year old, she leverages flexibility to mould her workdays around her personal commitments.

2 . Ms. Tamanna Singh, Founder- Menoveda

Tamanna started Menoveda which is India’s first Ayurvedic Brand easing Menopausal Transition. It is after experiencing the challenges of perimenopause herself that Tamanna came up with Menoveda in December 2022.

She is also an investor and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building and scaling businesses in the luxury and wellness segment. Tamanna is managing director of UberLux Group, which provides brand expansion, market entry, and investment solutions to international brands in the Indian market. She also held the master franchise of Fashion TV in India, and have launched various verticals, such as salons, clinics, and academies, under its umbrella. Additionally, she has founded two other brands, House of Wellness and Uberveda, which offer organic beauty and health products globally.

3. Nishita Thakur, Co- Founder KidCur

Nishita co-founded KidsCur, a digital health repository for children, and is also a director at Altilium, a full-service power trading venture. At KidsCur, Nishita lead the development and deployment of the app that helps parents monitor and manage their children’s health records safely, seamlessly, and securely. She used her knowledge & skills to create a user-friendly and robust platform that simplifies the process of keeping track of the baby’s health.

4. Dhyani Dave – Founder of Dhyan Chess Academy

Dhyani Dave started playing chess at the tender age of 6. She is a renowned International Chess Player from Gujarat. She is the founder of Dhyan Chess Academy.

She is also the First Woman International Master of Gujarat and has won Gold Medal in Commonwealth Championship U-16 Girls, she has also won a Silver Medal in Commonwealth Championship U-12 Girls. She is also a Gold Medal winner in Asian Championship U-14 Girls, and has also a Silver Medalist in Asian Championship U-10 Girls. She is a 40 times State Champion in Gujarat.

She also holds a Limca Book record on her name for playing simultaneous Chess against 150 players in 2012.

She was awarded the record by Shree Narendra Modiji along with the Former World Chess Champion Viswanathan Anand and Shree LK Advanji.

5. Niti Singhal – Founder & Designer – Twee in One

Seen on Shark Tank India’s finale episode, and also featured as the ‘Amul’ girl, Niti is an experienced Founder with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry. Skilled in Textiles, Sketching, Fashion Design, Adobe Photoshop, and Product Development. Strong arts and design professional with a Masters in Fashion Design focused in Women’s wear from Istituto Marangoni.
