Kashish got married at 19 years of age. It was an arranged marriage. She was yet studying in college and graduated after her marriage, that is, she got her marriage certificate first and her graduation certificate later.

In post graduation she wanted to be a teacher but she conceived and after delivering her child and in spite of all the challenges she faced she completed her E.C.C.Ed and Montessori course and she became a teacher.

She did few internships in schools and then later on pursued the qualification of a counseling psychologist and a psychotherapist. Later on she got certified as Licensed Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (USA).

She realised she had a knack and innate nature for understanding kids and parents and counselling them as and when needed.

Today Kashish is a counselling psychologist and psychotherapist, Motivational Speaker, Certified NLP Practitioner(USA), Kaizen Growth and Breakthrough Coach.

Her articles can be read on all the various issues in the leading newspapers and magazines. She educate people on how mental health is important to them and how women should not give up no matter what. She ignites winning spirit in womenfolk alive in her mind and heart always .

Kashish’s love for fragrance and essential oils made her start Aroma Earth Essentialz which deals essential oils, aroma oils, tea lights, fragrant potpourris, ceramic diffusers, aromatic soaps, gift sets, corporate gifting, etc

Challenges She Faced as an Entrepreneur

“Since I was a one person team , everything was on my head. Right from conceptualization to execution of the final finished product to the shops and online was my responsibility. Having said that, you can now hopefully understand the daunting tasks and temporary setbacks that come with it.”

You need to believe in your dream before anyone else does. You’ve gotta be ur own support. Use your spine well. When you deliver great results, the same people who ridiculed and laughed at you, shall follow you. Just begin.
