Serena Williams’ Husband, Alexis Ohanian, Supported Her In The Stands With The Greatest GOAT T-Shirt
At Williams’ match, her husband, Alexis Ohanian, wore a statement T-shirt, which he selected after asking his followers to pick their favorite option, to show his support.
The shirt he landed on featured a photo of Williams with the words “GREATEST FEMALE ATHLETE” featured prominently.
The word “female” is crossed out to reflect the widely held belief that Serena Williams is simply the greatest athlete of all time.

After winning the match, Williams talked about the possibility of her someday playing doubles with her daughter, Olympia, at the Australian Open.

“It was the only thing that we could do [while social distancing] for almost a whole year of COVID,” she said to the Tennis Channel. “So I was like, ‘I would never put my daughter in tennis,’ and then, it’s the best socially distanced sport that you know, I think, that you can play.”
