Studies indicate that women between ages 35 to 49 years are more prone to developing diabetes.

Women with diabetes are also more prone to uncontrolled glucose levels. They have more to manage considering the risk of diabetes-related complications such as heart disease, blindness and kidney disease. However, lack of self-care and high stress levels is commonly seen in women which leads to poor dietary choices and lack of nutrition.   • Improving your mental attitude – Regular yoga practice can help to focus the mind and create the right mental approach to dealing with diabetes and creating a plan to manage the condition.
