1. Dressing appropriately: Dress children in layers.

3. Eating a healthy diet: Provide children with nourishing foods, wholesome diet .Soaked nuts , vegetable soup, foods rich in Vitamin C are good options .These foods can help boost their immune system and keep them healthy during the winter months.
4. Getting enough rest: Make sure children get enough sleep and rest to help their bodies cope with the colder weather.
